Looking on Amazon a lot of the other brands seemed to be poorly reviewed and/or just as expensive.

Is that correct?
Need a laser temp gun really, to ensure you're at a high enough temp.
Can leave empty for a few minutes with fire raging to bring back up to temp. I've cooked up to 9 pizzas in one sitting.
If it helps someone did a comparison with an ooni on the expired thread for this oven when it was available from Currys.
