    I found choosing / adding the seats first and doing the above last worked rather then trying to add the complimentary ticket first x

    Haven't been to the cinema in ages. Then the pandemic happened and I got used to watching movies on the tv. Since they re-opened I just don't feel like going. The fact nothing good is on helps.
