sorted byI uploaded screenshots showing the offer, T&Cs, my order, etc. - basically everything showing I had done this correctly. I then uploaded screenshots of the email chain that shows Samsung admitting fault and clearly stringing us along. And it looks like Amex has (rightly) ruled in my favour and refunded the £100.
Just a heads up to anybody else fighting Samsung over this. Surely more Section 75 credit card pressure will force them to resolve this issue for others who can't go down the S75 route too.
I've now threatened legal action via small claims court and received this today will see what happens
Im not sure if I see this as a promising sign or another fob off but they might be having quite a few people chasing them up and threatening legal action now so maybe it has kicked them into a proper response to this mess. However I'm sure people have been receiving the vouchers for the other post launch promo so not sure why they are waiting for them.......

I had to ring them and give my order number as I only received one trade In reference and I should have two.
One for old watch trade in and one for old phone.
They sent me a email with the other one.

Misleading actions
5.—(1) A commercial practice is a misleading action if it satisfies the conditions in either paragraph (2) or paragraph (3).
(2) A commercial practice satisfies the conditions of this paragraph—
(a)if it contains false information and is therefore untruthful in relation to any of the matters in paragraph (4) or if it or its overall presentation in any way deceives or is likely to deceive the average consumer in relation to any of the matters in that paragraph, even if the information is factually correct; and

(4) The matters referred to in paragraph (2)(a) are—

Cost of Buds2 Pro : £219
Trade-in : £30 (max)
Voucher: £100
Free Wireless Charger: £52
So the net cost (by using the face values of all products) for the Buds2 Pro will be £37
But since the benefits are not in cash like they were for the previous Samsung promotions. the deciding factors should:
1. Can you use/sell a £52 Wireless Charger?
2. Can you use/sell the GooglePlay Voucher of £100?
3. Do you have a spare useless smartphone/tablet to give back?

Finally given up receiving these vouchers,and have submitted a complaint to them.
I do not believe anyone who ordered in good faith before the cut off date,should be out of pocket for a clearly advertised offer!! Regardless of who set up the live promotion, Samsung are now hoping we all go away and don't cause any issues.
Samsung do not have any issue sourcing these vouchers,as proved by the continued offer's which are running today.They simply DON'T want to send for these and trying to wriggle out.
Pure and simply this was false advertising unless they confirm sending any vouchers!!
Have it in writing now via high up that they did know about the offer but are waiting for supply!! Funny they can find the vouchers for the watch promotion though🤥🤷🤷

Doesn't feel heavy or fat to my like some reviewers said and touch bezel is a really satisfying experience with the haptics, screen is really nice, reallys really premium - sensors seems to work well. I'd say I don't get 3 days battery more like 2 on normal usage (no GPS) but I believe those should get better once it learns your usage patterns. I've had no stuttering what so ever this thing is fast (been using since 19th) if you wanted to know something specific i'd be happy to let you know
When I chatted with Samsung customer service team they said it was only for the watch etc etc.
I have pointed out that the WayBackMachine shows the old promo splash banner with Fold4 on it 😁
Downloaded the screenshot and sent it over. They are investigating and will get back to me apparently.....
I keep getting asked for a reference number even though none was provided when I submitted the claim.
I can confirm the £100 voucher redeemed successfuly.
Also got an additional £30 for pestering a couple of weeks ago
Basically your minimum cash spend has to be at least £1. So you need to have a basket total of at least £51 before the voucher will work.
It also won't work on the EPP or student websites and can't be stacked with other discounts.

That's a snapshot of the website from the time in question. It's quite clear it's on there to anyone that pre-ordered between the 10th and the 25th
Nothing. No help whatsoever. Online staff pretending they don't understand what's going on, directing me to incorrect phone numbers. Phone staff confusing this with the Samsung Promotions Buds offer. Customer service staff don't exist because "they work from home so you can't speak to them".
Complete and utter waste of time. So I've initiated a Section 75 dispute claim with my credit card provider instead. Given the screenshots that we have in this thread - and the irony that the website *still* says the T&Cs that we all followed, I have absolutely no idea how Samsung can get out of this one.
I've for less motivation as I was going to use the play credit for Stadia games but they're closing down now, so Google and Samsung have annoyed me recently! Will likely use it for Google One now if I ever get it. Will keep fighting it out of principle.
Said they will update again on the 14th. Considering I first spoke with the ceo office on 25th September this is beyond a joke now.
