Amazing price for this hard-to-find set, the LEGO City 60313 Space Ride Amusement Truck is currently £21 for Clubcard members are Tesco, a nice 48% saving off its £39.99 retail price. (40% off its former £35 RRP)

I believe this might be a Tesco exclusive set as I haven't spotted this one anywhere else yet besides LEGO themselves. A nice little set for sure, great for any theme parks, city layouts etc and could easily be powered up with a Powered Up or Power Functions motor and battery pack (not included though)
