Has anyone managed to find a review for this model? Everything I find seems to relate to the 58" model. Was looking for more details in relation to ports etc.

    Thanks

How does thus compare to pus9006? Have one for the 4-sided ambilight but haven’t set it up yet….bought for £375 (edited)

Going by model numbers I’d have thought the 9006 would be better - it’s got the 4 sided Ambilight for a start. Sounds like you got a mint deal on one of those for only £375! Got any links for it?

I could do with a new TV. Would have bought one before now.if it wasn't so complicated. Oled, qled, HD, uhd, led, lcd or ambilight. I just want a telly.

I know what you mean. The Apps on my LG TV are not loading anymore, so Netflix and Nowtv. Before everything goes I want to replace it. But I just keep getting a headache trying to look for one lol

Just thought I’d throw this in for people who haven’t seen it and who purchased one - if it goes cheaper sounds like Amazon will refund you the difference - it’s got the Black Friday badge

HDMI 2.1??? Don’t think this model has them
    saikai94's avatar
Yeah there’s no way this has VRR at that price.

Hopefully back light bleed is better on the 50" compared to the 43"

Not sure on this model but I have the pus8536/50 inch from last year and absolutely love it. The ambilight works really well

It's the same price on the Hughes website, and apparently 4% top cash back on TVs.

Bit useless when it comes to tvs, what’s the difference between this, oled and qled

Anyone else buy this and find picture settings they are happy with?

I've dabbled a lot with setting from avforums but just can't seem get it spot on.

Also.annoyingly each source needs set up for the picture settings separate rather than a global setting for all, appreciate would be differences but would be good to retain user settings as a base.

Got this for my parents and it only arrived yesterday (been sitting in arrowxl warehouse for nearly a month). Had a quick go at setting it up and it looks OK on normal TV but very dark on netflix/amazon etc, so I assume I have to set those up separately. Took me a while to figure out how to switch the weird 4k tv motion thing off too. I put my apple tv account on it too but for some reason you can pick what you want to watch but there's no option to actually watch it, just an image from the show or film. I'll have to have a hunt on avfotums for the settings then have another look at it today. The ambilight is nice though
