FYI you won't be able to use if for 3D showings such as Avatar
    JoshLeeds's avatar
You can use it on Avatar in 3d if you pay an extra £2 for ticket and £2 for glasses if you don't already have them (I used it last week)
  2. chopstickemporium's avatar
Can you use two Vue vouchers at the same time for two people?
    AlistairKelly's avatar
Yes, but make sure if you are buying two offers (then get two vouchers) then it's done in two separate transactions.

For example, four pizzas and two bottles on one receipt will only get you one voucher.
  3. anna.flanagan's avatar
Can you get multiple of the vue vouchers does anyone know? Bought this deal twice and can see it says only 1 sky voucher per approved receipt which is annoying because it’s not made clear in the store that I could see.

You can as long as you use 1 receipt per pizza deal
  4. natnat12345's avatar
So it doesn’t work on a sky Q box
    ashleyjhaigh's avatar
Should work on the website and then your account on Sky Q should be in credit.

Be aware of an additional £3 charge in addition to the £0.50p fee for click & collect if your total order is under £25

Don't think you can get this deal by buying online, says pizza counter.
  6. UnbearableBob's avatar
The pizza/ drink discount showed up for me online, but tbf, the movie section didn't appear in my basket so you are probably right. Thanks for pointing that out. Teach me to read the full post properly before misleading the thrifty folk on here.
    mikeyhindey's avatar
Deal doesn’t work online, I always buy these separate from my online shop so I can get the deal.
  7. xlxaiwa55xlx's avatar
We've bought this loads but there's never been any cinema ticket with it for us
    nailedmains1's avatar
Because you have to claim it online
  8. Corgilover's avatar
How long after purchasing the pizzas do you have to claim the vue ticket? Don't want to claim it too soon if no good films on in the next 14 days!
    foxyladykezza's avatar
You have to claim it within 7 days of buying, then once you have the email voucher it should give details of validity period but I think it's another 7 days
  9. Catfood246's avatar
Can anyone confirm the value of the vue ticket? As so confused, they have 3 different ticket types: super saver, saver and regular. Just want to know what a “standard” ticket is apart from 2D
    dannyblackbeard's avatar
I think they're all included now they've changed to recliners. Add voucher during checkout and it will say how much. Or if you have to pay extra.
  10. burmingum's avatar
Went for this and was told that you have to bake the pizzas yourself - even though they have an oven in store that cooks them in minutes! Staff on the pizza counter were always ready to go home and were very unhelpful just when you think it will be rush hour for them to sell loads of these! (edited)
    nailedmains1's avatar
Oh did they not offer you a complimentary taxi service to the local cinema like our local asda do
  11. JPS's avatar
When a Vue ticket can be anything from £5-10+, this is a bargain!

I know, surprised it's still £6 for this deal.
  12. Caz1000's avatar
You lot obviously haven’t been to Bridgend Asda as there’s a completely different pizza experience there . There’s a lady aged about 55-58 ish who makes your pizza fresh to order EXACTLY how you like it . Doesn’t skimp on toppings either. Always a queue at pizza dept when she’s working but worth the wait ! She’s lovely with it. Real Bridgend diamond .

    scunny's avatar
I've never seen it before. HOT
  14. blissitt's avatar
Their pizzas used to be my first choice but something changed a few years ago and the quality of the meat went down. It's also a lottery as to how generous the topping portions are. If you get the old lady in my local then you can assume she's stuck in the late 1940s when strict rationing was in place!
  15. millarcat's avatar
Fab price, especially with that cinema offer! 🔥
  16. funguy03's avatar
This would be a great deal if sky got into the modern world and had 4K movies.
  17. adam1998's avatar
Been this price for well over a year and used to be £5 so not that special in my opinion. Saying that I still buy it every week with the sky store voucher option, wife works at Asda so deal for £5.50 and £5.49 sky store voucher

    What’s not to like (edited)
  18. jools19's avatar
This is a great deal, I have used it twice recently. I don't have a sky subscription, just sign up to sky store on phone & cast to TV.
  19. mikeyhindey's avatar
Currently have £35 of sky store vouchers saved up via this deal
    navi1010's avatar
Same, Not a bad deal actually, I mostly use on rentals and stream on tv via chromecast, not sure why sky don’t allow rentals to be sent on their sky q boxes.
  20. thewolf8u's avatar
Do I need to take a portable oven to the cinema to cook the pizza?
  21. craig80's avatar
Bought this a while back and you can't use the sky store voucher on your sky TV? Which seems ridiculous to me. Unless I did something wrong the voucher could only be used on a computer / tablet? I know I could just hook my laptop up to the TV but seems weird to offer a sky store voucher that I can't use directly on my sky TV? Still good value though.
    Cozzy35's avatar
Very weird. Luckily we have an LG TV and you can watch the rental through the sky store app on that make of TV, without having to hook up the laptop. Hope that helps anyone

Nothing like watching a film at the cinema while eating two pizzas!
  23. Ash92's avatar
Can’t fault this at all. If you are planning on seeing a film at the cinema it’s a no brainer. Pizzas and drink virtually free, and they are decent in my opinion.
  24. dannyblackbeard's avatar
This is brilliant. It's been running most of this year. It's free parking at my local vue so it's a free night out essentially. If you want to take food in with you vue are fine with it, as long as it isn't hot. Seen a few movies this year courtesy of this deal.
  25. EightBitBebop's avatar
Only just seen this deal in asda, already successfully claimed my Vue tickets (2 reciepts as a suspected as much…

great deal, get to see cocaine bear and free pizza!
  26. Saint.Nick's avatar
Still a good deal but think the quality of the pizzas aren't the same as they were a few years ago perhaps since they changed the supplier for the bases
    M4tt31's avatar
I found them quite chalky last time. Don't have them that often but don't remember them being quite like that.
  27. Marie74's avatar
Can you ask for your own made up pizza or does it have to be the ones already made?
    plewis00's avatar
You can have create your own as long as it’s one of the simple bases - our local Asda isn’t often manned though so we can’t.
  28. glasgowgirl's avatar
Good deal, haven’t actually seen this before!

Do you have to have a sky subscription for the movie voucher?
    mikeyhindey's avatar
No, just create a sky store account.
  30. jools19's avatar
One point I feel I should make is that Skystore doesn't seem to have subtitles on most films. Don't know why but seems odd not to.
  31. mumza's avatar
Can you get SkyStore App on Amazon FireStick? I purchased lots of films (paid for) when I signed up for 3/4yrs, but don’t seem to have access to the films I paid outright for
    navi1010's avatar
    Use chromecast
