    Care pack bundle is useful to have included but be aware that HP customer service can be a nightmare to navigate. I've had to return two HP laptops in the last seven months (HP ELITE X2 G4 and PAVILION AERO) after sending them back for repair, which they said had been successful but wasn't. Although HP finally agreed to buy them back for the price paid it took months to get through to right department and I had to threaten them with Small Claims COURT to get there.

    Thanks, I reckon this would be perfect for my cousin who is looking for a larger laptop.

    If it had a higher resolution screen I'd be tempted myself. My old laptop has a 3200x1800 screen and I'd like to at least match that. (edited)

    If you're doing any kind of multi window work, the size really matters.

    Its frustrating to have to keep shrinking stuff.
