No it doesn't neither does any of my dyson attachments, although i will say its so simple and quick to take the rollers off on samsung to clean, literally 1 button press and its apart in 2 seconds and back together just as quickly.
My dyson is a pain, have to use tools to take rollers out and then its a nightmate trying to clean the torque drive head even after the rollers off due to bearings and motor in the head.
Samsung is designed so much better

How does this compare to shark? Is the refund process easy if there’s a problem?
Shark are crap, I previously used Dyson cordless but was persuaded by family members that shark was amazing. Got mine last year and it struggles to even pick up loose threads. Try vacuuming the car and you would get more benefit from your lips and a piece of garden hose
Really disappointed with Dyson. Always seems to be as soon as the warranty runs out they decide to brake
The trick to batteries is not leaving for charge 24/7. I have mine on a timer and charges twice a day for 3 hrs. Batteries last 3 or 4 years. Still have two V6s going strong one upstairs one downstairs (edited)- Much better to get the total clean as comes with hardwood floor tool as well. You have to use/stack both codes to get 25% total and brinfg it down to £243.19 which is a good price. (edited)

Fed up with my eBay purchase. Battery stopped Charging after just 3 months. Hassle of going through support, only to get another refurb.When did you buy that? Was it this model?
Mine came refurbished and it’s not working as good after 2 years of light use. I wouldn’t recommend.
I bought v10 3 years ago as refurbished from Dyson, it was brand new. Still going strong today.

Frustrating. I really want a V11.. but they never seem to have them listedNot sure there is much difference except the digital read out ?- Does it have an anti hair wrap type of thing?
- Has Dyson finally sorted out how to not tangle hair on the roller?I thought they had a head which was tangle free but it’s not included with this. It comes with the v8 for some reason which they are selling for £278 new.

We've already got a V10 at our place so I've been taking it to her place lately a lot in order to really pull out dirt from old school carpets. I'd have preferred a V11 but my V10 does a decent enough job on the high pile carpet in her living room and bedrooms so it is something we can get away with.
I paid £330 for our spotless V10 about 2yrs ago so this is a bargain. It still lasts long on charge at my place or my mothers larger home. It hasn't missed a beat despite being treated poorly by the missus.
Hopefully this order for my mother is a good one condition wise.

- Well the V10 I purchased for my mother, which was delivered on Monday 20th Feb hasn’t even lasted through its first charge cycle and it is displaying a single flashing red light, which means the battery is borked.
Contacting Dyson support seems to be a joke as it is via WhatsApp which I don’t use. Online chat seems to be dead on the weekends. I most likely will have send it back. Registering it on the website seems useless as there isn’t additional help in the MyDyson section which shows my registered devices.
