Good sound but had to return as they start causing pressure in one ear and then pain. I’ve never experienced this from any other earbuds

Think it's cause the way they are designed. They're quite bulky and the shape is odd

I think the reason these keep getting discounted is that they aren't very good. I have a pair and there is definite lag, sometimes between ears which a random number of on/off connect/disconnect seems to usually fix. Comfort is reasonably ok but I've not had much to compare them with.

Yeah having to sometimes put them back in the case and taking them out again for them to connect. Doesn't happen often but happens and a bit annoying (edited)

I have a pair of these . I lost them for weeks and bought earfun headphones from Amazon as a cheap replacement. The earfun headphones are much better. I found the razer ones the very next day . (edited)

Load of rubbish. Sound is awful! Go for some proper in earbuds with low latency! Not this razor junk!

If you use the razor app settings EQ it makes a big difference to the sound quality, I find them
fairly good to use with the steam deck.

Which setting do you have it on?

Got a pair of these a few months ago for the same price, really good sound and not intrusive like ear buds (these just sit in your ears, they don't go inside). Nice punchy bass, good clear audio and as long as you are listening to decent quality mp3s you will have a good time. When playing games the audio really comes into its own and it does a good job of emulating a surround sound setup. The downsides? They only last for a max of 4 hours, they are a little bulky and the touch controls are a tad inprecise. For £25 you'll find it hard to get a pair of headphones as good quality as these, the battery life kills it for me slightly as i have a long commute and my cheaper non branded pair of wireless headphones last for days without a charge though of course the audio quality suffers.

Mine are being returned, despite being 100% fully charged and seen by the Razer App, the right hand bud does not emit any sound. After rebooting my phone, the App then started to say it could not connect to one of the earbuds.
They are fussy to connect to BT.
They sit in my ear and feel like they are going to fall out. I had not used the silicone ear covers, as I could not get them to work.
I do believe these are on Amazon Warehouse, because they are defective.
So returning because of the technical issues.
For what it's worth, the left hand one that worked was really good. I wish the other one was functional. I will not replace them.

This happened to me as well with one of my earbuds, just wouldn't pair. Luckily, i contacted razer and they happily sent out a replacement. Good service from razer which I've experienced anyway. You could try doing that (edited)
