Cancellation policy
Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your booking once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise us. All cancellations must be made through Thorpe Breaks at Holiday Extras through the Customer Experience Team and are subject to the conditions and charges (based on the total booking cost) below.
Within 36 hours of your reservation – 100% cancellation fees will apply
Outside of 36 hours and up to 3 days before your reservation – 75% cancellation fees will apply.
Within 4-14 days of reservation – 50% cancellation fees will apply
More than 14 days in advance of reservation – 25% cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation on date of booking (before 5pm Monday – Sunday including bank holidays)
0% of total booking value (unless your stay date is within 36 hours of booking, then 100% cancellation fees apply).

MAY: 2nd, 3rd, 9th, 10th, 15th & 17th.
SEPTEMBER: 11th, 13th, 18th, 20th, 25th & 27th.
OCTOBER: 1st, 4th, 8th & 11th. Subject to change and availability.
Unlimited Fastrack tickets worth £100 per person are included in all BREAKS WITH UNLIMITED FASTRACK. Unlimited Fastrack allows reduced queueing times on all Fastrack rides.
A saving of 10% will be offered to valid THORPE SHARK Cabin guests in participating shops at THORPE PARK Resort. The saving is only available to guests wearing a valid THORPE SHARK Cabins wristband.

sorted byColossus currently being retracked so not yet available but I think they intend it to be open by high season. Ghost Train no official date for opening yet, just says ‘spring 2023’.

How easy to get to the park from Heathrow airport by public transport?
Any recommendations please on local restaurants as reviews on Vibes are not great?
And does it matter which day I went to the park, if I booked the stay on Monday, does that mean my park tickets are Tuesday after check-out?
