£15 / 15 € off Ambush on Ferrix™ (REDUCED TO £54.99 - limited exclusive, pretty much never reduced)

    £30 / 30 € off The Justifier™ (REDUCED TO £119.99, currently £108.99 on Amazon)

    £10 / 10 € off Obi-Wan Kenobi™ vs. Darth Vader™ (REDUCED TO £34.99, same price on Amazon)

    £10 / 10 € off The Mandalorian's N-1 Starfighter™ (REDUCED TO £49.99, currently £47.99 at Smyths)

£100 / 120 € off The Razor Crest™ (REDUCED TO £419.99, £415.99 on JL but never in stock)

So considering the VIP, gwp these are good discounts. (edited)

OK, so I have a massive 65 vip points, fancy the razor crest, so if I spend £55 I get 55 vip points? So then have the 100 for the discount? New to this malarkey! (edited)

Annoyingly the points awarded isn’t equal to the amount of pounds spent. Every £1 spent gets you 8 VIP points so if you spent £55 you’d receive 440 points. Obviously that’s more than enough to get the Razor Crest discount code however you wouldn’t receive the points until the order ships and that may not be until after the promotion ends on 7th May as they’re often a bit slow to ship during the May the Fourth promotion.

Lego customer service is brilliant so I think your best bet would be to give them a call or go on live chat and tell them you need a few extra points in order to get the Razor Crest discount and I’m pretty confident they would credit your VIP account with the necessary points.

I'm guessing there is no way to stack this with the 5x points since this is online/ phone and the 5x points is in store only.

No this seems to be the online only equivalent offer

10% cashback if you spend over £200 @ TCB

Not if you apply any vouchers. Read the t&c's (edited)

Got Ferrix and 2 Fighter tanks to get all the freebies

    Same here

Was tempted by justifier 119.99 not the cheapest but for extra 10 you get gwps and double points. Death star going for 30-40 so could make some money back if you sell it.

I bought it a couple of months ago and wish I'd waited now

Kind of tempted by Razor Quest. £100 off and £42 VIP points plus the GWPs. Also possible 10% tcb
  9. ninjafox01's avatar
Does anybody know if top cash back is still valid if you use VIP points?
    blue-note's avatar
    Should be fine
  10. A_J82's avatar
Assume you can use more than one discount code per order?
    StJimmy's avatar
    No. Just one
  11. SpikePhoenix's avatar
Not sure I understand the maths. I wanted the N-1... but to get £10 off, it would cost 100 VIP points which is the equivalent of £12.50
    David_Burd's avatar

That's the cost to earn the points, not the value when spending them. A 1 to 1 ratio would bankrupt the company in a day

    Razor Crest UCS
    £520 - £100 (promo code) = £420
    2x VIP points = £42
    TCB @ 10% (not including VAT) = £35
    £520 - £100 - £42 - £35 = £343
    34% discount

I think that's all correct (some will correct me I'm sure)

The only question is will TCB still work when using the £100 off promo code?
    thephotosnapper's avatar
When you use the £100 off voucher code, the VIP points reduce so it is not double. It becomes 6720 points. (edited)
  13. TonyFresco's avatar
I guess there is no way to get this discount if I’m not currently a VIP member and therefore have no points?
    Voltron1's avatar
Sign up to VIP and do some surveys

May the 4th be with your lego investments.! :-)

Crunched some numbers on this earlier to compare the sets with 2x VIP points for online purchase using the VIP discount, vs heading into store for the 5x VIP points. Looking at the Mando N1 and Ferrix sets, buying online using the reward discount and getting the double points ‘saves’ you about a pound or two. Those bonus VIP points are all well and good but obviously a less tangible benefit than an extra couple of quid in your pocket.

If something is on back order, do you still get the freebies? (assuming you make the purchase during the promotion but it ships afterwards)
    sca1972's avatar
It looks like you do as they appear in your basket when you only add a back order item, but I haven’t actually placed on order to confirm this.
