(I work away from home so it wasn't just a local issue either.)
I then moved to O2 and discovered a whole new world of misery for 11months (see other post on this thread).
EE - best outdoor, not so great indoor
O2 - OK outdoor but great indoor
Vodafone - Next to no coverage indoor or outdoors
Three - no coverage indoor or outdoor. Even tho the bars are showing but no speeds.
All 4G experiences in a fairly build up area with building no more than the standard houses. A bit hilly but nothing out of the extraordinary.
Have to say the mobile services been really going down the pants in recent years. There is a spot in the local high street where there is 0 reception from all network. Never used to be like this.
Wonder if it has anything to do with them ripping out Huawei stuff.
Im on ID now think its £12 a month with 100 gb month, data rollover, eu roaming etc.
Never had smarty but have had 3 in the past, whilst not as good as EE it does the job.
Coverage is patchy, at best, and certain times of day data signal all but disappears..
-Was with Vodafone, and that was similar in data signal :-(
Not had call issues though..
BUT for £12 I'll live with it till someone else has a very closely priced deal.
Even with service / bars , things would not work or load. Texts wouldn't send. Calls wouldn't go through or the call was terrible quality. Coverage checker showed great coverage of course.
Moved them to voxi. Night and day.
3 family members are on Smarty around London, working great for all of us.
