Have a few of these. They do keep things cooler than a non insulated bottle but not for much longer. Also they are quite hard to squeeze when new.

great fan of Camelback, but this one cant go in the dishwasher unfortunately so the extra hours of cold doesnt outweigh that

These are crap for cycling. Get on a bumpy descent and you’ll have to repeatedly push it back in the cage. The cap/nozzle will fit a high 5 bottle, though, which is much better suited.
