They like false info on this site the republic of Ireland is included on roaming the only EU country. Therefore it’s very very limited EU roaming.

I have had Vodafone BASICS before and the signal was REALLY CRAP.
And now a friend tells me that even though they guarantee 5G speeds - its ONLY 4G

Has anyone had this issue before ?

5G doesn't guarantee a better speed than 4G. In my neighbourhood, 4G signal quality is far better.

Last time I looked, Basics doesn’t allow the Apple Watch add-on. In case that matters.

Eh, would have gone for this if it was 5G.

What a shame these firms are charging us for roaming now we have left the EU. Consumers lose out again.

I'm just moving to the EU instead. Win win. No UK tax to pay ever again, and real 5G!
