I am guessing these have limited stock, thought worth a share at £69 in as new condition, don't top up the sim on arrival, total cost £69

sorted byBut actually, Apple does support iOS 12 as well, which brings software support to the iPhones 6 and 5s. In January 2023 Apple updated iOS 12 with a security update to address serious security flaws and it is expected these phones will not be supported for much longer. So in summary while not receiving the latest iOS for older phones around 6 yrs, key software updates like for security are maintained. (edited)
Not capable of running the latest iOS.
It is absolutely not like new. Id say its not even a c grade phone
Contact us option takes you around in an endless loop. Chat does not open anything and I am an o2 customer.
I managed to get through to o2 on 4445 but the advisor there then transferred me to a team who will help. The team who received me said they were the pay monthly tram and just threw me back into the main queue. Problem is call centre closed at 8pm, though I am still in the queue apparently. Great of you like to be bounced back and forth. I think I'll have to try again tomorrow.
I have logged a call back from the complaints page, but earliest they can call is 20th June at the moment so it will be back (edited)
Edit: My CC company feel this is a definite chargeback case, so I completed an online form to do so.
O2 are now on my list (edited)
Fingers crossed PayPal is as understanding as your credit card company!
It requires to buy a tariff next to it? Can I cancel it before paying for it? Or Do I need to pay the first month? (edited)
Spent probably 4 hours trying to sort my return out. No one at the call centre knows what to do with payg phone. I was told there was a return label in the package, there wasn't. Was told to go to a store, store said they couldn't do anything I needed to phone up.
Transferred from department to department. Then cut off.
O2 are one of the worst companies to deal with.
Told I was through to returns bot then it was only for pay monthly customers.
Still no further along, so I've emailed complaints department.
I thought the 3 customer services was bad but they are top notch compared to o2.
3 used to be bad, but i have had a recent experience of their customer support, by comparison they would be considered excellent. (edited)
(I run a project in SE London supporting those facing hardship. Literally any phone running WhatsApp and capable of taking emails/accessing government services is a god send for so many in our communities. Also opens up all sorts of work opportunities...and just generally a good thing for connecting people, and helping people to avoid feeling isolated).
Jokes aside this is a good device for £69 for many user groups that don't need the latest and greatest.
From the last guy I asked for a direct number for returns he gave me 0344 809 0202 which I recognised as a pay monthly number (202), which I queried but looks like nobody wants to deal with it.
Edit: I used PayPal checkout instead and it went through. (edited)
