Think like most, you have a 14 day grace period to cancel. That said, I have the Xiaomi 12t pro and from my experience with it so far is that it's mediocre. The camera is grand but the rest lacks functionality. Eg, making a call... Can take nearly 10 secs to start ringing. Mine, ATM has a habit of setting off the alarm at random times of the day.
Best phone (s) I ever had were oppo find X2 pro and then before that I had the 🐕 balls Huawei mate 20 pro. Damn, she was lethal

I am glad it's not just me that thinks this! I wish I had kept my xiaomi 10t pro. That was better tbh. I'm worried to upgrade now incase the next phone is worse again

I got a 12T Pro 256gb for £400 on release day brand new from the Xiaomi store lol. Phone was £600 and sold the Redmi pad tablet for £200

How easy is it to cancel the plan?

Very easy. Only rolling one month anyway. They’ll do it without issue. Easiest complaint I’ve dealt with for that

Just to note the Sony page only shows 18 month warranty, might want to update the post
