I've always rated Dell monitors and this appears to be the cheapest I've seen this particular one. Gets a good review on Rtings rtings.com/mon…2qc

Not as good for gamers due to the lower refresh rate, but great colour accuracy so good for those who do image work or just want a good quality screen.

10% off code via totum or student beans if you have them, 7% via topcashback if it tracks

Also just to add that the £265.52 price is also available via Dell Advantage scheme for those who have access to that and for BlueLightCard members who can get 10% off via a vault code - it is not just student discount via Totum.

Why has some oddball added a laugh react on this comment? What's funny about this potentially useful tip?

That emote is being abused here since its introduction. (edited)

Does anyone know if the flickering issue with M1 macs has been fixed?

Early days but no issues with my M1 mac so far - other users on forums saying that it has been fixed also.

I've been looking at this for the past week, want something for the spare room that would have an Xbox One X and PC hooked up to it. Don't really need the high refresh rates, so this seems to fit the bill.

Would be very interested to hear from anyone who has this and how they find it

I've had this for about nine months and love it. It's a great step up from my full hd dell monitor. You do end up paying a bit extra for the usb c connection compared to non usb c models though. Worth it for me because I use it with a laptop, but maybe not as much for your use case

I have two of these (one HDMI, one USB-C) for my home office and they are really nice to work on. Would highly recommend.

Are you using any after market VESA mounts or the OEM stands they come with?

Thanks for posting - had my eye on this for a wee while and just ordered! Great first deal

After trying out the Alienware DWF, I'm returning that for this. Decided that I'm better off getting something that pairs really well with my MBP M1 than a monitor that is great for gaming and poor for productivity, since I'm likely to be doing productivity work 80% of the time!

Also managed to use two coupon codes (one of them is the 5% newsletter sign up) to get it at £266.26 - let's see if topcashback tracks this as well.

I heard this may have flickering on M1’s?

Tonight I’ll be adding two of these for my desk powered by a M2 pro 16. Hope there’s no flickering!

I'd strongly recommend moving up to 32" if you want 4k, or dropping down do 1440p if you want 27". 4k 27" would be good if it wasn't for how inconsistent apps tend to be where it comes to DPI scaling, which can really make the size & res a chore to use.

Been using this for months with a MacBook and it’s been perfect.
I suspect windows scaling problems are due to Windows.

I am having a terrible time with Dell right now, I bought the recent exclusive offer on Dell 32 USB-C Gaming Monitor - G3223D.

It arrived on the 30th May and was plugged in that evening, it's a desktop so it doesn't move about. Everything worked fine until the 15th June when the screen began to flicker and anything onscreen was unrecognisable, just a series of vertical thin stripes.

I opened a technical support query and on the 16th I was asked to send a photograph of the full screen, within ten minutes I received a reply stating :

"After checking photos, it shows you that the Monitor is broken, however physical damage is not covered by the warranty.
Unfortunately, we do not offer quotes for repairing monitors, therefore this case will be closed."

That's it so far, another attempt at reaching support has gone unanswered (and in fact despite having a reference number the link leads to a blank page claiming no request can be found) so it does appear to be closed.

I am quite rightly furious with Dell, the credit card are unable to start a chargeback as they claim Dell will stick to their assessment of physical damage. The monitor does not have single mark anywhere.

My next option is small claims court as almost £300 for just over two weeks use is ridiculous.

I am sure 99% of monitors are fine but the dismissive attitude has made me swear to never purchase another product from the company.

Very poor! Which bank has refused to S75 this issue?
