Choose the Sport band for the watch5 pro for final price £210 after trade and claiming cashback, but if you go the no strap route, I am guessing little stock, then you can get the phone and watch5 pro for £179.50 after claiming cashback and adding trade in, I accessed this via totum, and added the watch5 pro with strap to basket first, then searched the model number SM-R920NZKDWEU, added this to basket, then removed the one with the strap

Edit: Can see you can get the phone on its own for £99 from Argos, so Assume this is more of a "buy a Galaxy watch 5 and get a free phone", then the other way round?) (edited)
