PRODUCT DETAILS
The multi award winning Meaco 10" Air Circulator is a thing of beauty and the fan you have been hoping for. It combines market leading DC technology with a large airflow, giving you the best of both worlds.
The noise level starts from just 20dB similar to a whisper or some rustling leaves. Awarded the prestigious Quiet Mark award for low noise products.
With the Meaco Fan you have the choice and can turn the lights on for a dim glow or keep them off, whichever as you prefer.
Many people don’t want to wake up cold in the middle of the night, use the Off Timer on the fan and it will turn off after the set hours to ensure you don’t wake up feeling too cold.
The Meaco Fan 10in Air Circulator can move a huge amount of air around your room, 1,056m³ each hour to be precise. It has multi-directional oscillation that moves air around the room keeping everyone in the room cool and not just those in the direct flow of the fan’s air.
Featured with DC technology which has three major benefits: low noise level, low running costs and a longer lifespan.
Then ECO mode will regulate its own performance depending on the room temperature. The higher the room temperature the faster the fan speed.

sorted byMeaco is 4 to 5w on 1 power (oscillating doesn’t draw more detectable power on my monitoring plug, goes up to 6w on power 6, 10w on power 8, 16w on 12 (highest).
FYI, costco do another quiet fan called woozoo, it was about £60. Although still not that cheap we first bought that but its not good. It's no quieter than a normal fan and is much smaller than this, so don't bother with it imo.
You really do need to try it to understand why it's more expensive than cheaper cookie cutter fans......... so glad to have two of these in the house, well worth the price and you really do get what you pay for. Got the second one for my son's bedroom and he was amazed at how much better it was than his previous £40 tower fan!! (edited)
We use our dyson fans due to small children who will try to poke their little fingers in the gap into the spinning blade.

It did develop a fault after being in storage but Meaco replaced it without any fuss too. That in itself is worth the extra, given most cheap fans won’t have a warranty after long, whereas the Meaco one is 2 years.
Going to have to get a second one!!
Those who haven’t bought one think it’s grossly overpriced, and no better than a £30 fan.
Those who have bought one think it’s the best fan they’ve ever had.
I wonder if there’s a message there somewhere?
I use mine all year round.
On camel it says the lowest it's been on amazon is £117.99 on Nov 2021.
It really doesn't do anything that another fan can't do.
The vertical/horizontal oscillating is neat but a hot room will remain hot regardless. I find my Honeywell fans to be just as good at a fraction of the cost. If you're on a budget, I'd personally avoid meaco. They're overpriced.

code DEV10 gets the price below £50

they also do what appears to be a clone of the meaco 1065 but its not in stock i.e.

another quiet fan option is this but its smaller at 6 inches

It's expensive, but it's a quality fan.
Edit: Having said that, I checked my emails and it was 74.25 from John Lewis in August 2021. So why the price hasn't gone down is beyond me. hotukdeals.com/dea…368 (edited)
Time (pedestal version), on/off
Timers, econFunction meaning power is automatically selected and changes based on room temperature.
If you can afford it you most certainly won’t regret buying one (edited)
