you may want to remove all references to the £100 trade-in as that offer has now expired (last date of purchase to qualify was 27/06/2023).

Good Spot OP, these are the deals to look for now - no one wants to be on £50 a month contract with 17% RPI increases about

So if you allow £14 as the value of the contract, which seems pretty good value, that makes the phone £389. Tempting!

Omg finally a very good S23 Plus contract!!! Better than the O2 deal since this has more data and less monthly costs (better for the RPI).

Plus I didn't like O2, I don't have good coverage in my area. (edited)

    Dammit!
    I opted for the O2. Should've waited...
Gonna give MPD a call & see if they'll transfer me over without having to to faff about & send fone back & reorder...

Thought I would do a calculation on total expected costs after 2 years (when contract finishes).

Currently in June, so approx £14 per month for 10 months before hitting April 2024. I'm going to assume the RPI increase won't go more than 15% for the next 2 years. If it ends up being less or more, it won't affect these figures much (like no more than £10 total difference).

    So £14 x 10 months = £140 (between June 2023 to April 2024).
    £14 x 1.15 RPI = £16.10 (new price from April 2024 to April 2025).
    £16.10 x 12 months = £193.20 (price between April 2024 to April 2025).
    £16.10 x 1.15 RPI = £18.52 (new price from April 2025).
    £18.52 x 2 months = £37.04 (April 2025 to June 2025).

So total costs you will pay in terms of monthly from June 2023 to June 2025 is estimated to be:
    £140 + £193.20 + £37.04 = £370.24 (for 24 months)
    £370.24 (monthly) + £489 (upfront) = 859.24 (total costs you pay).

If you managed to trade in an old phone - £100 so £759.24. (you can easily find one on eBay for about £10, so £90 savings)
    TopCashBack £35 if it goes through fine £759.24 - £35 = £724.24 (edited)

I ticked no for everything, and was still quoted £100, submitted it as is and my request completed fine. Awaiting the return label and packaging to come to me now.

EDIT: Any purchases made from 28/06/2023 no longer valid for this trade-in. Last purchase data was yesterday to qualify for the trade-in. (edited)

This is a fantastic deal! I'm with Smarty £15 a month unlimited, so gone for the £449 upfront £17 a month unlimited data which means disregarding the usual £15 I would normally pay Smarty, it is costing me £497 extra over two years for the handset AND they give you £100 cashback for any old smartphone in any condition meaning the phone is effective £397....it's £1149 direct from Samsung 😁

Does anyone have details of how to get the 6 months Disney+ with this deal? I ordered this deal on the 22nd and got the phone but no sign of the Disney+ deal yet. It just comes up as a £7.99 a month extra in My O2.

The trade in is back but this deal definitely isn’t unless I’m missing something.

    It’s now £1,059.99 even with a £100 trade in.
