Just to be clear, this is false advertising. They are not nuke proof.

Where is your proof for that statement.

Still think it's mad that £3k only gets you a deore groupset these days... Back when I got my stumpy that kind of money would have got you a full xtr setup.

Totally agree. 3k for a mid range groupset. It’s not bad but certainly not high end.

Nice bike, great price. It’s a shame wiggle or Crc are not currently doing the cycle to work scheme

They are the same company as far as I can see. Order from one, get a bank statement with the others name.

I remember when any bike deal posted on here would be voted cold with the comments... "why would you pay THAT much for a bike when you can get this one for £50 from JD Sports" (edited)

It's a shame there aren't more vendors doing cycle scheme to work. I'd be right on this. I'm skeptical about picking up a Halfords boardman 8.9 or 9.0

I have a MTR 9.0 (bought with C2W) and it’s a great bike, but this was over a year ago when bike prices were much higher. It’s not quite the same as the Nukeproof though, but 150mm travel means it can still handle the steep and chunky stuff well.

I wonder if they would give me my money back if I put this on a Nuke and it didnt survive ?

It does say nuke proof LOL

    looks fantastic
old boss used to ride 20 miles to work with one of these bad boys- spoke of it like it was the second coming compared to regular bikes

personally, i would buy a 1000w motor from aliexpress and kit this badboy up for a 30 mile commute

Would not accommodate a 52v battery though?
