Fitt cube at Aldi. On sale at Amazon for £99.99. Aldi had them reduced to £49.99. Scanned at 9.99 at the till.

This is at Aldi in Wakefield (Batley Road).

I'm about to have knee surgery, and this will be a perfect little bit of kit to aid in some recovery exercises in my bedroom for a couple of weeks.

Not sure this is worth £10 seems like a waste of space. You can nearly do everything they suggest doing with it without it.

That'll never reach nationwide. Or possibly even next day at that branch

Aldi have recently stopped selling special buys on line I imagine this price is correct as they had a lot of stock sent to stores to clear it.

Don't know what kind of knee surgery you're having but I had an ACL reconstruction 14 weeks ago and I'm still not really at the stage where I'd be using that.
You get some physio and a knee exercise sheet before you even get out of the hospital. Then it's a trip to the Physio every week then every 2 weeks and now I only go every 3 weeks. The main things I use at home for my physio are an exercise bike ( 20 mins a day) , stairs/ a step and 2 kg ankle weights, although they're a recent thing

Good luck with the recovery, I had mine reconstructed just over a year ago. I have private insurance with work so I managed to get 8 weeks of physio before surgery and about 16 weeks after surgery. One thing I found helped a lot is a good muscle stimulator. I borrowed a Compex from my physio before surgery and liked it so much I bought my own, and I still use it now.
