    No, it's for putting RJ45 sockets on 2 network cables, surface mounted.

    You could wire one network cable split 2 pairs to each of the two ports if you know what you're doing and you're happy with 100megabit/sec network speeds (need to do the same at both ends). It's not entirely standards compliant but does work for non-critical applications.

    i have a similar one its just a port ... so you get your wire from your router and your install it at the back of this ... then both ethernets holes can be used for 2 devices you just connect ethernet cable to this and one to back of the device you want
