    My experience with 'like new' from Amazon warehouse has been fantastic. Everything came in original packaging looking like it was opened and used once perhaps not at all. Hope this helps

    I still feel that way about my XM2's. Used them practically all day every day since purchasing and I am still so happy with them. Going to be gutted when they eventually die on me

    Sony XM headphones are awesome but if you’re planning on using them with Apple stuff, just a heads up - they’re a pain to sync, as you’d probably expect - they are in competition with Beats/ Apple Max Headphones.

    I ordered a pair of "very good" yesterday with the description "Minor cosmetic imperfection on the interior of item. Item will come in original packaging. Packaging will be damaged."

    They look like new, even the pads. All accessories and box perfect. There are still 15 of these available (exact same description). Could be worth a punt. (edited)

    My one came in with a strand of hair and no cables as well. Also, I could not manage to turn it on. 😳

    My "Used Like New" arrived with minor scratches and scuffes. Most are on the right side (ie the touch control bit). Clearly caused by lots of use, which is hardly like new!

    Funniest thing is what's on the box. Several bar codes - the one closest to the box is in Russian! It says the Manufacture date : 08:2019. These were made in Malaysia, nyet Russia!

    Mine were kaput but were like new cosmetically, sent them off to sony to be repaired and they sent back a brand new pair of WH-1000XM4s (edited)

    I sent mine back because the headband was completely cracked. Evri return the following day, all packaged. Amazon refusing to refund me saying the received an empty box. Customer services have been a joke and refusing to deal with it. Do not use their Evri return system, do via Royal Mail or collection if you can. I’ll be cancelling my subscription after having Prime for many years, whether this gets resolved eventually or not…
