Beware of this retailer! I bought the last LG heat pump dryer deal they had, and they delivered a damaged product - looks to be a manufacture fault (sidewall bent outwards, front fascia not flush with the top (and can't be moved into position). They've been dragging their heels on sourcing a replacement (as is my legal consumer right), stating they have no stock, but were still selling (stating stock available) and changing the price on the same dryer over the course of the week. I'm sure if you're delivered a non faulty item you'll be fine. This has been a first for us, and I've been holding back on giving a Trustpilot review to see if their CS can resolve this.

I'm totally in limbo, and despite daily correspondence with their CS, I'm told they're still trying to source a replacement with no hints at a date, and no updates unless I badger then despite told that they would contact me.
Doesn't help that we got rid of our current dryer, and the weather's turned pants. (edited)

Did you pay by credit card? Might be worth looking into the protections if you did. MSE has some great info as always, like chargeback and section 75.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. they delivered a neatly packaged washing machine which upon opening was smashed and bent. They must have re-packaged it. They won't accept any responsibility. AVOID

If you ordered online then distance selling regulations means they have no choice. Tell them to replace or you will go to the ombudsman.

That's a really good price for a Heat Pump dryer.

I was sceptical about them at first due to their drying times compared to a conventional tumble dryer but having owned one for a few months I'm completely sold on the idea, they do take a little bit longer but definitely seem to use a lot less electricity, not only that clothes do not seem to shrink as they don't run anywhere near as hot as a conventional tumble dryer.

I read some comments in this post about damaged machines, I have no experience with this retailer but I can tell you it seems to be a common occurance, recently I rejected 3 Miele washing machines that were bent and 1 Heat pump dryer. Only 1 of those had a hint of damage to the packaging (cracked polystyrene) I can only imagine they are handled poorly during either the initial shipping, warehouse or when they go out for delivery. I think they might get dropped or something. You do see an awful lot of graded appliances on eBay from some major retailers.

I agree. That's why I insist on not only delivering but also fully unpacking my appliance. The good example was my last Tuesday delivery, the team needed to unpack and also take the rubbish back which they did without any problems and both sides were sure the dishwasher was all ok at least from the outside.

Love my heat pump dryer. Just be careful if you use it in the garage or an outbuilding as they don't operate when it's cold!

It was 499 at the weekend from reliant which was already the lowest it's ever been, this is a tiny bit lower so even better!

    Don't forget topcashback at 4%.

I did order it last night when I saw it drop again, it seems to be the best one around this price point in terms of performance although it is a little slower to dry than say the AEG ones but they are more expensive, less power efficient and noiser.

I read it comes with stacking kit from other retailers so hoping that's a standard thing as I need to put it ontop of my LG washer. (edited)

just an FYI i found a better deal, £468 with the SUN15 code on ebay from reliant (same retailer) + topcashback.
    ebay.co.uk/itm…01?

I cancelled mine via email and ordered via ebay instead, only £20 difference but if that is a sensible saving its worth an email or call to them to cancel and reorder

Is it available in white anywhere as it will match my washing machine then.

Mine has arrived and seems fine. First load is on now. Seems like a good bit of kit - certainly better than the heap of rubbish it replaced!

Hi would anyone care to share how deep this actually is as the specs seem slightly off. I would like to fit it in a cupboard with a door
