SAMSUNG QE65LS01TAUXXU 65-inch The Serif QLED 4K HDR Smart TV - Cloud White All Round 360° Design - Versatile by design, The Serif allows you to make the most of your space.

  • It is a TV that is designed to fit impeccably in your home and to look beautiful from every angle. Elegant Floor Stand - If you want to really make The Serif stand out, this sleek, black metal floor TV stand adds another layer of contemporary chic to its iconic design.
  • Not only does the stand work with your style, it is flexible enough to work with your home too. NFC on TV - Just when you thought The Serif could not get any smarter, it uses Near Field Communication (NFC), so you can connect your smartphone to the TV via Bluetooth. Then when you want to hear your favourite tunes through The Serif speakers, you are good to go. Cinematic Colour - Samsung Quantum Dot technology uses Nano-sized quantum dots to produce 100% color volume, so even if the scene is too bright or dark, you will only see realistic visuals. And HDR10+ analyzes each scene frame by frame to adjust the brightness to each specific moment. I Shaped Design - Imagined by award-winning designers, Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec, The Serif has a striking, yet timeless design.
  • Its signature profile forms the distinctive shape of a capital I, while The Serif slim body broadens at the top to form a flat surface like a small shelf. No tools? No problem – It is all very straightforward. Simply place your TV upside down to pop the leg sockets out, and put the stand in place. Prop it back upright, plug it in, and you are good to go.
  • Plus, some tips to hide the cables - Neatly manage all your cords for a clean look. Just pop off the back cover, pull the power cord through the opening, and run the cable along the groove at the bottom. Being tidy never looked so good.

WARNING: I bought this TV from RGB and wanted to return it as the picture was sub-standard they wanted to charge me a 20% restocking fee and £60 for collecting it which is in their T&C but I never noticed so had to keep the TV in the end as i had no choice and now I'm stuck with a TV that I don't want. RGB is are terrible company don't buy them as they have an extremely poor customer service unlike other more reputable companies like Richer Sounds with excellent after-sales service.

If you still own it, have you tried calibrating it at all? Some TVs absolutely require this, hopefully it makes a postive difference for you.

Bare in mind this thing is freaking heavy and you can't mount it on the wall

I think you mean bear in mind. At least you didn’t ask us to “bare” with you. That could get you cancelled in this day and age

Voted cold as company is crap. Stick to Richer Sounds or John Lewis

I’ll back your negative review. Awful company. Happily take your money then turn their back if you have issues. I had months of disputing with them when I received a damaged tv. Ended up having to force a refund via PayPal. Shambles of a buying experience! Some companies offer a price match which would be a better option & means you’re buying with a more reputable company. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Excellent deal, but holding out for a similar sized OLED for around the same price. And yes I'm aware I'll be waiting a while
    Crossbow's avatar
Make that a very very very long while, 2033 minimum.
In the meantime... if you live in Leek, nearby or willing to travel there this new 65" OLED could be yours in under 24 hours ebay.co.uk/itm…164 (assuming you bid & win)

    Excellent - Birmingham ebay.co.uk/itm…261

lol, that stand, sure fire way of it being knocked over!
    TheDoctor's avatar
To be honest they're quite stable so unless u are purposely trying to knock it over its as stable as a tv stand in most occasions

Seems a great price for a 65" QLED of this calibre even if from 2020, unless anyone can do better?

Side by side comparison between the 2020 & 2022 models rtings.com/tv/…326

    Our Verdict
The Samsung The Frame 2020 and the Samsung The Frame 2022 QLED are similar TVs. The main difference is that the 2022 model has a matte screen finish that makes the TV look more like a piece of art, and it has much better reflection handling. It also has better out-of-the-box accuracy and it has improved gradient handling.

I still have my KS7000 from 2016, are do these TVs compare picture quality wise? I'm not interested in HDMI 2.1 as it's not my gaming TV.
    Noveed's avatar
A lot of people I know who had the KS7000 ended up returning it years after purchase due to Samsung miselling on its Smart Features like the Smart Hub.

They were decent TVs and still hold up to this day

If buying 2020 model spend extra and get 5yrs cover as I had issue after 12months warranty

Or spend little more and buy 2022 as they come with 5yrs warranty
    johnjrambo's avatar
True for any TV these days, personally would not buy any TV without minimum 5 year warranty.

Have the 2022 version and it’s a brilliant tv
    Especially for that price
  16. ekko.star's avatar
OP you should update the post. This model actually comes with a Samsung 5 Year Warranty.

Any problem with the TV in the future you will be dealing with Samsung directly. That's how it works nowadays with most manufacturers anyway.

The only difference of note is the 2022 has a matte screen. That would be a preference thing really as some would prefer the 2020 screen. Otherwise it's the same TV.

Great deal for a 65" Serif (edited)
