Dunno about the company or their grading etc, but the phone is pretty decent for the price. Only major downside, for general users, is battery life ain’t great, even when new.

This is the kind of phone you buy a teenager or elderly parent or employee, or someone who just needs a reasonably good value, fairly secure, easy to use/understand, reasonably long-lasting device.

Probably the best value Apple product they’ve ever released. It’s a rare Apple white goods product. Similar value proposition to the mac mini. (edited)

Great price if you get one with decent battery percentage, otherwise you should factor in some Apple shops charge £100 to replace battery! (Cheltenham charge this).
