Usual smoke and mirrors - these were £10 originally in Tesco so you're really only saving a fiver but have to create a £25 order to get it. hotukdeals.com/dea…066

Also, they've upped the price of some other beers at the same time, e.g. the 79p mystery cans are now 94p, 12 cans of Meantime lager (with 3 weeks till BB date) is £11.95 (only 69p/can in Home Bargains) and Brewdog Planet Pale is £24.95 for 24 (usually their Brewdog 24-packs are £19.95 delivered or less). Not true. In Tesco they were £16 full price, then £12 with Clubcard, and eventually £10 on offer post-coronation?

330ml hardly worth the effort of opening the can!

I crack two open on each visit to the kitchen, bang ‘em in a pint glass, slurp the can remainder…vital calories saved on one instead of two kitchen visits

Any suggestions to fill the basket worth 25£? Got this and Twix.

Vote with your wallets and force them to UP the 1 case per customer limit

Browsing through things to fill my basket with and their prices are definitely higher than they used to be, no cheaper than supermarkets in most cases but without the range. Think I'll skip this one

The delivery men I've had from DDragon recently have been legendary - carrying my deiveries up a fligt of stairs.

Lucky you. Mine dumps by the front door ("porch" on the pictures) in full view of the road even though they have been instructed where to put it.

Does anybody know what the “Ale to King” would normally be labelled as prior to the coronation? Or is this brew a special edition?

I’ve read it’s similar to Hoppy Xmas but with a lower ABV. Not a rebrand as far as I know (edited)

Please stop putting free delivery in heading...it's only free for some...
    Not these postcodes:
IM (ALL), BT, FK17-FK21, IV (ALL), HS (ALL), KW (ALL), PA20-78, PH19-26, PH30-44,PH49-50, ZE1-3,TR (ALL)

    Which covers most of Scotland.....

Those are mostly remote areas, the more populated locations where most people here live are covered

Someone bought me this as a joke as they know I am an anti-monarchist. I gave it away and bought some hazy Jane

My thoughts..it's not very 'punk' of them is it?

Hate this website. One good product. The rest is awful.
    MRDAMO666's avatar
    Sooo true!
  10. skyblueox's avatar
Misleading as can't get to free delivery with this product alone
  11. Spider_Boy's avatar
Pretty much impossible to get these without being ripped off on the other beers I think. With nearly 800 available worth watching for them removing the restriction perhaps.
    wpj's avatar
Had they charged about £8 with no restrictions, I would have bought a load even though my basement is full of their stuff. Tastes like Hoppy, but without the 6% head.

Discount dragon “deals” need to be banned from hukd. Cold. Frozen. Awful.

I understand how DD deals would be annoying to some people but for every person they annoy there are many who they interest. Calling for them to be banned is ridiculous. If they don’t interest you should just ignore.
  13. telttruth's avatar
I bought this from Tesco on a reduced to clear sticker. It wasn't great, so I wouldn't rush to buy it again.
  14. IW74's avatar
Not quite sure why Discount Dragon’s beer deals get so much hate on here. I was about to buy the 24 cans of Planet Pale for £25 when I spotted this, so added it too and got 36 cans for £30. The 5% emailed code also works - despite saying it’s not valid on alcohol - so actually £28.50.
This will be my 5th Brewdog order from them this year; way cheaper than the supermarkets, quick delivery and good customer service when I’ve contacted them.
I guess the more people that don’t want to take advantage, the more chance I have of getting some of whatever they stock next :-)
  15. sidescanner's avatar
I added 24 Brewdog lagers and a bag of ground coffee to make it £25.77. Free postage. Apple Pay. No registration nonsense. Sorted
  16. KimVessey's avatar
I used to be able to buy a few cases at a time but limiting to one case is annoying when the postage costs more than the deal.

Hard to believe nearly 400 individual cases have sold so far. That’s over £7k’s worth of other items sold on the back of having these available! Might as well forget about them increasing the current 1 per customer limit
  17. James_cleeve73's avatar
    Utterly pointless 'deal'
  18. jamie915's avatar
Delivery costs more than the 12-pack itself! On top of 1 pack per customer it's a no from me.

    Cheers @cbates60.

they have literally changed the price from £4.99 to £11.99

what kind of tactic is that?

getting a bit fed up with discount dragon to be honest
  21. AllGoodNamesRGone's avatar
12 x Funkin cocktails Nitro cans for £14.99 ain't too bad.
  22. tnwils's avatar
11.99 with delivery for me, not a great deal. I'd rather just buy from the supermarket.
  23. Darius_B's avatar
minimum of £25.00, what else can be added?
    jbiscuit's avatar
i got a bottle of Highclere Castle London Dry Gin at £19.99, then banged in a random chocolate bar to edge it over £25. Has good reviews and seems a decent price, plus my drinks cabinet is looking pretty gin-less so chancing it.
  24. samspud's avatar
You can register for 5% off also.

Bargain. I was on the fence about the Vienna ale and this tipped it. Nowhere near as insane a deal as 48 cans for £27 but I don't think that deal will be seen again soon!
  26. wpj's avatar
Now £11.95, so about £2 more than when it was on offer with Clubcard at Tesco. Would have jumped at £8.
