I have been trying to get a refund for 2 years now but apparently they have to replace it 3 times under their warranty
I don't think so. It's a fancy bit of sponge. (edited)
My mother had a good mattress with a topper on it in the spare room and it was very comfortable and supporting.
She recently changed it for something similar to this and I think it's no better. In fact it feels less supportive.
The toppers do make a big difference we have them on all our beds. I find it uncomfortable without one. (edited)
