Ryzen 5 5600X 145
RTX3050 170
1st player d3 45.
700w cit FX PSU 35
480gb SSD. 15
Asus Tuf A520. 55
16 Palicomp ram (branded) 40
Price 499.99
Was previous 5600g/6600 link.
Great alt sub 500quid folks who don't need a higher gpu but mainstream CPU.
Feel free to see older 5600G vega and steel some boosters, some maybe good top ups; however despite the loss in respect of a 6600 the nearest alt 6600 is more cost then this at 600 with this cpu base and adding them extra as someone mention will surpass a good budget in prebuilt.
Check storms 6600 and Awd 6600.
There lower price options are lower cpu
we also have 3060 from 590 on here to build up then we have the 3060ti ones too.
If more budget: move post....
But the original statement for sub 500 its great, if gpu jumping laters use the TX PSU I mention from the 3060 last week's post I did.

sorted byComms were top notch, I made a few updates to a standard build which were handled promptly, and the cable management and overall packaging for shipping was also first class. I must say their upgrade costs are quite reasonable as well.
No complaints at all.
I doubt you could build this much cheaper yourself.
Heated. (edited)
Either you want a decent gaming system or you don't (and a PS5 is infinitely better value for many). Buying a rubbish GPU is money down the drain. A better MB is also much more future proof. Think about how many USB ports, NVMe drives and SSD/HDD SATA connections you might eventually use.
If you are someone who builds for friends and family and has compatible parts to hand or to borrow which can be used to test, that's great, but a first time builder without that facility the above scenario is a nightmare.
Not a comment on the value of the system either way.

BTW, is the game you want to play - Starfield by any chance? (edited)
In fairness, I still don't understand why modern games are so GPU and CPU dependant. It's not like games have really improved in terms of graphics and technical advancements in the last ten years or more, but still they get more and more demanding for reasons I can't understand. Why devs struggle with modern games so much eludes me.
Nowadays, they work with almost limitless addressable system RAM, storage and 12GB plus of GPU memory on a background of relatively cheap consumer hardware prices - so why be efficient?
Its the FX model.
Which i discredit it being 700w and count it as a 550w and use on then systems only, if u desire higher boost up.
But this post isn't about higher budgets it's aim for sub 500 perhaps 1 edit.
More cash: use alt deals such as the 3060 from 590 and upwards.
Nice to have the option of popping in a different graphics card further down the line as the CPU is decent enough already.
