    100gb is £12 with smarty and the 3 network is about 15 times faster in my area than O2

    Definitely true. O2 has the slowest '5G' network (not real 5G because only Vodafone has that).

    O2 has the worst infrastructure of all 4 proper networks.

    Hi all, Could you please explain how these multisave contracts function? For instance, I currently have a SIM-only deal and regularly switch to the best offers, while also maintaining my Disney Plus subscription 😜. I'm interested in adding my son to the multisave contract, but I'm curious whether switching to a different deal in a few months would impact his contract. If you could clarify this for me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

    So you're a so called lead number and when you add your son, he will be an additional line. You can add multisave to the additional line only. When you switch a deal on your lead number, it won't affect the discount on the additional line.

    I have 2 O2 Sims on volt with virgin media. Tried for a third today and got the message " I have too many O2 Sims on my account..unable to proceed" or to that affect. Strange as I've a 800 credit rating but hey ho there you go.

    I don't think they care about credit ratings unless they are really low. Or you are defaulting on lots of payments.

    Are you sure you don't have any really old O2 accounts where the account hasn't fully closed?

    On a slight different note, I can switch my O2 contract via Uswitch or O2 any time, even a day after a previous switch.  But this doesn’t work on my daughter’s (aged 22) O2 account.  Anyone know if different accounts work differently and anything I can do to change hers so can upgrade sim anytime?
