It's not just mine either as i've been told the same from others that i know that have the Shark cordless stick vacuum. End up having to use my old Dyson to pick up dust.
Reasons to use shark:
I suppose it's ok for big large rooms
Reasons to use Dyson:
faster
more efficient everyday use
cheap replacement parts
my house feels cleaner than using shark one
love the fluffy roller, brush roller & mini brush head for all house tasks
Negative for shark:
Heavier
Bulkier
isn't wall mountable
less suction perhaps
I don't use it as much because it is heavier
harder to get into tight spaces
negative for dyson:
always cleaning brush roller wrapped in long hair
motor on brush head conks out on thick carpets and have to count to 10 before trying again
have to be prepared to clean it out, modify it, use 3rd party parts
can break plastic parts if having a frustrated day and abusing the hoover
Probably a few more things but it's still morning and i'm not in thinking mode

That one is £169, with a code IZ300UKREF, not sure what the difference is for the extra £10 (edited)

I've seen similar deals with Dyson as well on eBay but always been reluctant to buy these refurbished ones
Warranty is only 12 months ,do they last long ?
