I've bought and returned a pair of these recently.

The Jabra app is pretty good and offers a range of customisation. But I just found them really lacking in the quality department. The case was of the cheapest plastic and the material marked too easily.

The earphones were comfortable enough to being eith but esr fatigue set in after 40 minutes or so

The transparent mode was utterly useless, literally no difference between it being on and off.

Mids were good but the base was crap and after a week of use I sent them back. In the end I opted for a better quality used pair from ebay and managed to get a set of Sony xm3's that are excellent for 65 quid.

Photo attached to prove I'm not lying about having bought them

I have these but my opinion differs to I think the sound quality is pretty well-balanced. Good mids and bass is strong but not overpowering. The hear-through function is pretty good and allows you to hear traffic alongside what you're listening to, although I don't tend to use this too often. Sound quality on calls is excellent and the person on the other end can hear me clear as a bell.
I have returned a pair due to the magnet breaking on the case and also the decal peeling off the earbuds. I had dropped the case a few times and used antibac wipes to clean the buds so this probably didn't help. After filling in a claim form, Jabra sent me a replacement. Overall I'd heartily recommend them for the price.
