One of the best deals for Bose Noise Cancelling 700's (new that is) for a while, and sold by the manufacturer for extra peace of mind. Limited stock though so will likely sell out soon! Use the Bose student discount via StudentBeans for an extra £25 off! Available currently in Black and Silver. I would 100% get at this price but am currently just fine with my QC35's.

The noise cancellation however, are a whole tier better compared to the QC30's.
So, given the choice between a £49 QC30 vs a £199 Bose 700... I'll have to give it to the Soundcore.
The sound wuality and noise cancellation is brilliant.... but
the app is appaling. initial pairing and setup was a challenge and in the past Bose has taken a long time to fix bugs in the app that outright prevented pairing. Probably true for all Boses.
They're no good for running. The mechanism seems to be loose in the left earpiece and clicks/knocks as you run. i had a pair replaced under warranty for this reason but the new pair was the same.
They fall off if youre lying flat. The mechanism is designed to fold the earpieces for storage and if you lie flat they want to fall off your head into the folded position. i have to put the headband across my forehead if im doing benchpress which makes me look stupid.
PS: I also have a QC45, will share my thoughts as soon as it comes. (edited)
