Anyone worried about it not being genuine is miss informed. I ordered some QC25’s from there after a deal was posted on HUKD a few weeks ago. All legit activated the Bose 2year manufacturing warranty last week

Anyone saying this site is not to be trusted, please why spread false info when you have no idea? Just don't post at all, you just confuse people for no reason. Joybuy is affiliate of for Western audiences. They are one of the biggest Chinese marketplace and most similar to Amazon in China. They only allow official retailers and are not like Gearbest or any other Chinese sites used often here. They are far more trustworthy than Aliexpress or resellers like Gearbest, GeekBuying or Banggood. Now since JoyBuy is actually selling official merchandise as official retailer, they declare true value of the items, it is more likely you'll be charged with customs tax if you use them so keep that in mind. It is best for purchases below 50quid.

Why not buy from ebay? I got Series 2 at £190

I bought phones in the past from there and had no issues.

Yeah, you're right, just had a look and it doesn't seem very trustworthy :/

Guys go to ebay version 2 under £230

Apologies, I didn't do a nationwide stock-check because I, perhaps naively, assumed that there was stock available. Must do better ... 😩

Usual click baiting strategy from Curry’s. Curry’s guys stop posting this and HDUK people stop adding heat to encourage it.

Hi guys, I sell brand new PS4 PROs for £100 but they are not in stock at the moment and will never be.

Bose USA stores sell manufacturer refurbs for £93 . Just got a pair coming back from Cali. Worth picking up if anyone's on holiday or work there. International warranty included

Why not buy brand new QC35's off eBay! A load of pre-order Huawei P20 owners got them free with a new handset and are offloading them on eBay - a bargain to be had, if you already wanted them!

Also free if you transfer to first direct, might be different model.

Apologies £159.95 it wouldn't post before yeah a refurb with a 2 year warranty.

Errr. Not in my experience. Also Bose offer excellent after sales support but I don't think anyone will disagree that a quality retailer is to be preferred.

Great for plane noise. Shame they only block mechanical noise and not voices/screaming kids. I agree that Currys after sales support is shocking. "Got a problem with your purchase sir? You'd better send it off to the manufacturer then!" "But I only bought it yesterday ?" "Sorry, that's store policy..."

Fully agree!

second that currys are crap would never buy from there again

These headphones are good, but they will stop working after around a year. Mine lasted less than three months. I'd recommend buying from somewhere like John Lewis who are great with guarantees if you really do want them. I've just returned mine, as JL didn't have stock of new ones.

I ordered a pair from John Lewis today for £269.00. They price matched RGB Direct who've had these headphone at the lower price for several weeks. I'm not voting, but a quick Google search will return at least two retailers who are £10 cheaper.

Fair enough, but you see my point as not everyone will be ordering 2 or more so may wanna keep them. But hope you do get some decent money for them :)

I've ordered two, one for me and one for the wife, she is not interested int he headphones in anyway so I'll be selling hers, I'll be happy with £200 for them...

Well see that's why I posted this because not everyone is guaranteed to get these and those who do I imagine will keep because these are really good headphones and for free with an amazing phone why sell? Lol

Good deal But these are about to go very cheap on eBay when flooded with people selling the free pairs on the P20 deal.

Cheers for the heads on this deal op! After much messing about with O2 they've finally refunded 2 months overpaid line rental (?!). If anyone else is in a similar situation go through complaints, they'll actually sort it out for you. Sold the phone for £90 profit and kept the headphones (highfive)

Headphones arrived today and refund from o2 for the 20 days overpayment on the line rental Was a little touch and go along the way But it's paid off in the end Litterally paid to take a pair of these amazing bad boy headphones (sold the phone and paid off plan) Thanks again OP

Got an email today (from DX), saying "a package" will be with me tomorrow. Let's see if it's these headphones... :/

If they replace it with an alternative, unless it's something I want (of at least equal value), I won't be buying another Huawei phone again. I can let the delay slide. But the fundamental reality is, their terms specifically stated "First Come, First Served". Their failure to follow this has been brought to their attention time and time again, yet they're still fulfilling the most recent orders first. The constant bull turd has soured my opinion of them as it is.

I wonder how many are waiting and will we all get them sometime or will they resort to replacing with an alternative?

What the hell are these phones first time I Hurd of it on here and since then 3or so deals for the same dam phone if it’s not a iPhone it’s not worth buying heheh

The deal at O2 for £407 is much better than this but I couldn't pass the credit check for that one, so this will have to do. At least CPW offers the phone in blue (but still no twilight) and I won't have to go through the bureaucratic loops of cancelling with O2. Can confirm that TopCashback is registering a £50 cashback for the SIM.

Ordered the pro version with the same 1 month contract total £774.50 plus £50 cashback from Quidco and hopefully sell the headphones for at least £150 making the phone cost under £600

My deal comments is not based on c/back entirely. I have said potentially and given a s/shot of which amount might track. The fact is I have posted a cheaper deal without c/back...... Even cheaper with Absolutely no justification in 'banning these c/back' deals. Saving money.... No brainer

I'm not voting..... But these cashback deals should be banned. Not Gauranteed.

My cashback just got confirmed yesterday. £30 instead of £40. Anyone actually got their headphones yet. My claim was validated some time ago, but not received them yet. Still undecided whether to keep the phone, or stick with my LG V20.

Mine just became payable at £30.30. Should be £40.40.

Topcashback just became confirmed and uplifted to £31.50 as well, will query as should have been £42, still waiting for my headphones as well!

I have same situation not sure what to do so just emailed '' with detailed explanation and will update here if I get reply. I suggest to do same. More email might force them to step up game.

Still no sign. If it doesn't come by Saturday I'll contact Huawei and let you know what they say.

did you get your headphone?

I also have yet to receive mine. My claim was validated on 26th April so still a few days to go but I'm anticipating a back-and-forth with Huawei support.

Everything here is opinion, yours clearly differs. You claim Bose is better in every category, and then accuse me of giving false information?? :D :D You talk of build quality and my Bose cans fell apart :D Anyway not just my opinion pal, you can hear the NC difference here. And not sure how you can claim that Bose sounds better when they don't even support the high definition sound codecs... :/

That’s you opinion and many disagree, don’t come here give false information to people. Sony 1000XM2 is not better than QC35 II. Bose is much more comfortable, and sound better, designed better and has better NC. Sony is only relying on gimmicks lime touch controlls and codecs that are useless in streaming era.also Sony has appalling customer service and usually poor built quality.

this or the sony wh1000xm2?

Yeah mixed it up with LDAC :D

I made the request online and they accepted it giving me a case number. I then ordered at full price and contacted them later with the reference number to get the difference refunded. Worth the hassle for JL’s 2 year warranty.

Was given some of these for Xmas. Very happy with them, I think the wife paid £159 from John Lewis.

My old man used to have just the sentence for this situation: Are they gold plated?

Yea! And iPhone X!

Decent bass. Heat. Need to save up for the dole money as have been spending too much lately.. Cheers.

This is the real problem with the vision of companies like Apple have in removing the headphone jack. Myself and many others would happily jump on to the wireless headphones bandwagon because they are more convenient for some of us in the end. However the compromise on sound quality isn't something we should really be settling for when a solution exists especially at the price these companies are charging for their hardware.

Earcups pivot and fold for easy storage Significant noise reduction for travel Deep, powerful sound for the music you love Inline Mic/remote for music and calls

and that is worth the hassle when broken? I don't think so

Thanks. Good old Apple. Why follow a standard when you can do it different.

The inline mic/buttons are wired different.. android and everyone else (MP3 players etc) follow the old standard.. apple invented a new incompatible one, so the buttons won't work. You can just buy the other cable though as it's detachable. Or you can get a really cheap one on eBay with no buttons.

There is even Apple version

Not the stupid ones without headphone sockets...

Yeh, see that says 2 years added cover, not 5. The headphones are classed as technology so you get 2 years, that's all that's meant when it says up to 5 years. If you click the 'more about added care' it explains this..

Tried to price match with JL but Weybridge Audio OOS so not possible. Ordered from Exceptional AV instead as same price Thanks OP!

Just found this which may help

It was £30 my mistake but yes it extends it to 5 years and cover accidental damage. No brainier really. It was £20 for the wireless soundsport

Can you let me know if you successfully get 5 years cover for £20 extra? not sure that's the option, as this falls under 'technology': so for an extra £20 they could make your 2 year guarantee cover accidental damage just..

Pleased to have helped :D Used mine on the train down to London Yesterday - amazing sound and noise cancellation

Just picked up a pair in the York BOSE outlet store for £229.95. Opened them and in perfect condition with all the cables. Bargain at this price (y)

I wonder if this applies to outlets too. Planning to visit Gunwharf next week Friday, would be great if they could be had for £229.

You can switch the button from google assistance to toggling the ANC on the II's rather than having to use the app. I'm planning on picking up a pair of the QC35 II's on saturday from a local retailer who is selling them for the same price as the originals on amazon etc. (if they have any left in stock)

You can go into the shop and compare both side by side - I did

Bose QuietComfort 25 Headphones - £159 @ Amazon
Found 14th FebFound 14th Feb
Seems to be a good price at £159

I had a prior version for that were about 6 years old, electrically I had no issues but when the plastics that held one cup on failed and snapped well out of warranty Bose would offer no spares or support. I was told by other people (when trying to get a plastic clip elsewhere) if the set had been younger then Bose may have allowed me to "upgrade" to the latest model by paying for a new set at half the retail price. Don't get me wrong I knew they were 6 years old, but Bose is not a budget brand and I can still get parts for my much older Sennheisers. The clips were redesigned a few years ago but honestly I expected a little better support on what were (when new) a £200 set of noise cancelling headphones on a part that was designed to move and flex and so at greater risk of failure.

Depends if you actually workout or just stand around.....

I want a pair for the gym but wondering if these would be a bit over the top..

I've got 2 pairs (one retail and one factory hand modified preproduction/demo pair) and both have failed once. They are fixable though, if you are handy with a soldering iron it's not too tricky. I wouldn't let it put me off.. the noise cancelling is excellent for the price.

Had mine since July 15 working perfect. I had to replace the cable from headphones to your device but that was a few quid on amazon.
