    Been using this for a while and had no problems at all. Came in really handy as a backup for using public EV chargers on a recent holiday in Wales where there was no O2 signal.

    Rather paying £20 upfront for a limited sim, it feels more rewarding to have 'bagged' those Lyca or Lebara £1/£2 deal and have been great with signal as well as speed.

    Awful company, almost lost my number during port, zero customer service, no app. Ended up moving to Lebara - so much better. Avoid RWG at all costs.

    How do you almost lose a number? It either ports or it doesn't, send it did?

    It seems a good deal, however with the amount of 30 day contract deals under £1/m for the first 6 months I'm prepared to take the hassle and stick with the 6 month deals (despite the fact that I've been stung a few times already!)

    Got two phones in my house on these sims and never had an issue. Don't bother with phone support, just email is easiest.

    Update: finally ported over after 4 days

    I've always supported RWG but having a nightmare situation with them! I already have 2 sim cards with RWG and purchased another sim with this plan last Friday. Requested to port existing number over on Monday morning and received email reply porting could take 48 hours. Old Sim card disconnected yesterday mid day but RWG sim still not working! Sent numerous emails yesterday and today and received 2 replies informing porting still in process! I have been without phone connection for more than a day. I hope my existing number is not lost but I fear the worst! (edited)

    Lesson seems to be don't schedule a port for a Friday as there is no working day slack as ports don't happen over the weekend.

    Used them for a few months as main sim, data kept running out even though i almost never used it and there is no interface that shows you how much data you have used.

    I used the 250 mins and texts and 1GB data on Talkhome for £15 a year. They have an app too and can say no problem at all. Good cheap mobile. Not sure about this but it’s a good deal. (edited)

    It's on 2nd class post so probably 4 to 5 days. Mine arrived yesterday and I have sent 2 emails to activate my sim but so far no reply and can't use my sim.
