absolutely terrible.. if you change your bank card and your auto renewal fails you won't be able to get this any more and you'll be left with their crap bundles...

no WiFi calling and half the speeds of ee..

    avoid.

I must admit they are not as fast as EE themselves (400+Mbps) but I was getting 200Mbps which for 100GB for £10 a month is spot on in my eyes. EE are a fantastic speed but far too expensive and all SIMO contracts are too long

Only 9.5GB of free EU roaming

Unless you're off the beaten track there is free WiFi everywhere across Europe in bars, cafes, restaurants, hotels etc.. 9.5GB should be ample for those not on extended periods away. It's also better than EE that offer 0GB roaming for free now

Would be nice if they also included India/Pakistan/SriLanka,(and also roaming there) like Lebara. they will sell shedloads .

I got this same deal a few months ago, if you have good EE signal where you live and you dont need to contact their customer servers (ever) it’s a great deal.

If you need them for what ever reason then you’ll need patience, I had issues moving from physical sim to eSIM and they take a week to response to each email, phone support is a joke.

If you dont have good signal like me, the lack of wifi calling will force you towards 1pmobile, trouble is they dont support eSIM and phones like the iPhone 15 probably wont be doing SIM cards any more, 1pmobile said they might have it available by year end. 1pmobile have better customer service, wifi calling and support and extra band that Lyca dont have so might getter better signal is some circumstance.

    Good luck.

I opted for esim at the time of order and the process was smooth. I get two network bars at home but still 400mbps+ on 5G. However, the speeds are under 10mbps at work (Canary Wharf on the 13th floor) but a few buildings away again speeds are fantastic, that too in the underground shopping area!!

I got a PAC code and was called next day to stay with them. If you have issues contacting CS, you might want to get a PAC code and hopefully they will call you instead of you chasing them.

I’m currently on Lyca mobile on this plan and have found it great. I get good speeds and signal (East London). Recently got back from France and found Roaming fine. Heat added.
