sorted bythe old town is walkable, we did it twice and the medina is fascinating if you can resist the constant pleas of the shopkeepers to visit their shops.
Anyway, the place might have changed or you may have better luck than I did. (edited)
Still can come cheapest £70 flight from Luton, £300 Hotel for 2 website Destina. Work out £220.
