    Unfortunately if you want over 50 Mbs Virgin are the only game in town in my area - and they know it

    I cancelled my 210mb package that was paying £22.95 for.

    Retentions called me today (5 days after cancelling) and offered this M350 package for £23 on 18 month contract.

    Thought might help anyone else who is out of contract and can see what they get if cancel

    I managed to get M250, Tv Stream box and phone for £24 through retentions on Monday. Thought it was decent offer considering I've been paying £22 for just M125 broadband for the last 18month

    I got a similar offer last December and they increased the price to £48/month in August without any notice. "It's in the contract", they said, meaning they can change it whenever they want. Just be warned.

    To get the cashback you have to access the deal via the top cashback app right? I don't see this combination when I do, just broadband only deals show cashback.

    The most pathetic customer service ever. I took out a contract with them in December and have had to call about errors they made on my bill every month as well as overcharges. Not to mention the stupid waiting times - on hold for over an hour more often than usual.

    I was paying £62 a month for 1 Gbps 3 years. I tried to stay if any good deals. They said no. Best they could do was £58 on 2 Years. Cheapest was £40 for 100 mbps. Omg haha. No luck for me. I try my luck again after 60 days with my family member.

    I don't think virgin bother to check, cancelled the wife's O2 sim card that I took out to get the bband boost and virgin never bothered to drop the package back down
