About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
A flash sale of 40% off on all their mattresses (47% off on mattress + bedding).
Comes with 2 free pillows and a very long trial of 365 days.
Discount applied in basket.
The King Size seems to represent best bang for buck (allegedly £799 normally), but obviously you'll need to buy the size that is correct for you - they are all 40% off their (laughable) 'normal' price.
I slept on a super king size for 2 nights - not quite enough to know whether I would buy one for myself, but enough to get a feel for it.
My own personal opinion is that it felt better (and slightly firmer) than the Simba Hybrids that I own, but I would not pay the alleged original price (£799).
I reckon this is worth about £500 to £550 maximum for mattress alone. The fact that they are throwing in 2 premium pillows makes this a pretty reasonable deal.
However, for me, the main/unique selling point is the one year trial. You can literally sleep on this for 364 days and then send it back for a refund. Clearly this is open for exploits and abuse, so they are probably confident of the quality if they are willing to take such a risk.
There is also a lifetime warranty, but the small print suggests that after ten years, you'd be liable for £65 towards delivery - not that I expect many people to still have the same mattress for 10+ years.
Finally, be aware that this manufacturer regards dips/sags if under 4 cm to be excluded from any warranty (compared to say 2.5 cm for Simba).
I've kept this as impartial and objective as possible. It doesn't bother me if you buy it or not - I have no vested interest.

sorted byAlso, isn’t this just an expensive piece of memory foam?
Hardly a sales pitch since I've added some caveats and personal opinions that are hardly positive.
Read the very last line of the 'sales pitch': "It doesn't bother me if you buy it or not - I have no vested interest."
This is where a company like Otty may survive better than others, being Chinese and backed by their government. (edited)
Hello, yes I received a king size a week ago.
So far so good, but time will tell, and I've got a year to trial this. Certainly firmer than my Simba mattresses (which to me is a good thing, but your needs may be different) but it really is way too early to do a proper comparison as you can imagine.
The pillows (included free) are very good; the best memory foam pillows I've tried to date. They feel like some kind of shredded memory foam rather than a solid block of foam, if that makes sense.
I went through TCB for 15% cashback, though that seems not to have tracked, but I suspect the problem is at my end because other purchases have also been problematic for tracking via TCB.
EDIT: at the end of the day, they have a 1 year trial, so if you aren't sure if this price and cashback level will come around again, then you could just go ahead and buy it knowing that you can return it for a refund in the future. (edited)
Cheers @Uranus, much appreciated I've gone ahead and ordered and my Quidco has tracked, hopefully your missing cashback claim with TCB works out!!
Since posting and your well detailed description, have you gone ahead and purchased this, and if so, do your thoughts remain the same compared to the Simba Hybrids that you own? Cheers
Heat added.
24% Quidco too btw
