Additional tubs for the Creami (NC201UK) are now available after being out off stock for a few months, you can get single or double packs (which is cheaper) and free shipping.

I’m surprised they are selling these as they have been discontinued due to some catching on fire. Ninja replaced ours with the Creami model.

Not discontinued currently out of stock. Also the original creami model which you opted to buy once they refunded you for the breeze has also been known to catch fire. Most of these incidents are down to not following instructions these machines don't cope with certain textures such as solid ice or certain whole fruits hence the booklet tells you have to ensure they are pulverised first or you can end up putting the machine under to much pressure which leads to the motor burning out/catching on fire.

so it's basically a mixer with storage tubs, as you still need to use a freezer!?

This does the process backwards to normal ice cream. But the benifit is you can just freeze a load of tubs of vanilla, then you mix in what you want when you want it and it just takes a few minutes to mix it all in

    Got one at Xmas
Love it! How it turns plain banana into such a creamy dessert is beyond me.

According to Good Housekeeping the Creami Breeze has been discontinued. They weren't on the market very long.
