Had the same issue, apparently it's a bug and they still haven't fixed it. I had to call them after the order was delivered to get the £4.95 delivery charge manually refunded. (edited)

Probably for some sizes, for example the error comes up when you order size 9 but you can add without issues a number 7 for example

Sent these back. Honestly one of the worst purchases I've ever made on HUKD Clarks will be lucky to give them away. Fit, style, comfort were all horrendous.
