sorted byI bought a buyagift "luxury" get away at Christmas for my wife. Turns out the hotels on offer are not luxury 😄
I got a full refund thankfully & I've booked the Liverpool overnight stay instead. Much better hotel and cheaper too
However, don't think anyone would agree it's the "Top 15 Hotels".
That would be a completely subjective view depending on individual needs and tastes.
Anyone know whether you can drink the free bottle of wine in the bar while you're waiting for the 3pm check-in?
