    I bought 5 a few months ago and used 3, the other 2 say they have already been redeemed and when I contacted cdkeys their process is so utterly convoluted that I decided it wasn’t worth my time for the £7.

    If the issue remains, kindly reply with all the info:
    1) Type out the exact codes for us in your reply.
    2) Screenshots of any error messages that you got for each code (with date and time of system).
    3) Screenshot of your chat with Xbox support confirming results of their investigation including time/date of activation (with date and time of system).

    My son's pass is due to end. Does anyone know of a link for me to get it cheaper for him? A few years ago I bought the basic pass then 1 month ultimate to make the basic package uplift to ultimate for 2 years.
    Hope this makes sense.

    Surfshark can be sketchy on US servers I find - have you tried once than one location? Private browser and straight to redeem.microsoft.com

    If its a bad key, get onto CDKeys, they'll sort you out. Their support is spot on in my opinion.

    It's probably against MS's T's and C's, I don't know, never bothered to read them. Possible risk of account suspension/removal I suppose? I don't think you've got anything to worry about from the boys in blue though...

    Definitely don't buy more than a couple. So many cases where people have bought multiple to later find that codes don't work.

    Got five of these last time and just grabbed another 5. It takes 2min to reddem the code for all those complaing about not being stackable.

    I got mine from Eneba for about £2.15, I'm not going to bother doing it every month though, as soon as there's a good deal to do a 3 year to 2 year conversion I'll be doing that even if costs a little more.
