    This type of sole is terrible. Spookily I took a photo of mine earlier to complain as they’ve hardly lasted at all and now my feet get wet whilst walking on wet ground.

    Nice boots, I have them in brown....however, they run large and from memory, they don't do half sizes. So, my advice, size down a full size. They are lovely, but I don't wear mine much, as they're so uncomfortable and rub terribly on the heel, as mine are slightly too big. Have tried shoe inserts/heel pads etc but too no avail.

    Had a brown pair of these. While the uppers are good the soles are awful. Peel away quickly and the sole takes in air or water and develops a nice squeak !

    I tried these on in a shop and can honestly say they were the most uncomfortable footwear I’ve ever tried. You’re better off finding a pair of plastic boots in shoe zone for a tenner.

    I think of 'Chukka' applying more to this style of shoes but with a softer, grippier sole - not the hard type like these.

    Make sure you order packs of blister plasters as well. Even after numerous wears I get blisters in these. Only thick socks help for a few meters. Shame as the look and feel are good.

    I bought these feyyears ago and can confirm there not good quality, feels cheap, sole wears quick but they do look good when you first buy them.

    I have the brown Sanoran desert boots. They look good and are comfortable but I would echo what others have said about the soles. They wear down quickly.
