iOS in terms of "find my" but I have android and it works fine with Bluetooth. It's better than tile.

The find phone and find device functions work on android but you need to be within Bluetooth range. It's the 'find my' function you miss out on if you don't have iOS.

Can you put these in your car etc?

I have lots of these, only thing I would say is that the bleep function will often fail and is quite temperamental. It's seems if they get squeezed in your pocket too much it damages the speaker.

Had one of these for a year used with an Android phone, it's kind of crummy and not enormously reliable in terms of whether or not something will be found even if you're in Bluetooth range so it's a last resort backup really.

It does work fine on Android, but since it can't do much beyond connect to Bluetooth and make the tracker beep you can see why they say it's unsupported anyway. Even the map feature locates where your phone is, not the tracker, because it can't do anything else.

It can also try to maintain a connection at all times and tell you when you've left the tracker behind too.

It's a bit rubbish honestly but it's not their fault Apple is so far ahead. For a simple keyfinder it's fine, or for something more ambitious because there's literally no other option for your phone.

The battery is easily replaceable through, huge step up on Apple shafting you with that. (edited)

This is a good price for 4. I've got 4 myself and find them excellent. Long battery life too. They helped me out with a bag that went missing at Heathrow which ended up coming out on a different belt to the one it should have.
I'm in the Apple ecosystem so they work fine with Find My on all my devices. I prefer this to the Eufy app which seems to take ages to confirm the tags location.
The only minor issues are that the alarm is not mega loud, and within the Find My app, the tags appear in the other devices section, not main section.

Just to clarify - these show up as “Items” in FindMy in exactly the same way as AirTags (but without precision finding). It is ONLY during setup that they appear as “Other Devices” rather than AirTags.

I have one. It shows up along with my AirTags in “Items” on my iPhone, iPad and Watch.
Yes battery life is good. The button to Find Phone is easily pressed and I don’t need that (having the Watch), so I have turned that off.
JUST BE AWARE that only real AirTags can do “precision finding” (with an appropriate iPhone). Thus for tracking items that might be stolen, a licensed clone like this is actually a good thing, especially when it can be easily muted!
And if like me your iPhone can’t do precision finding, then this works (after you have set it up) just as well as the real AirTags and doesn’t need an accessory to attach it to anything. But setup isn’t as amazingly trivial as a real AirTag.
A £13.99 offer isn’t very unusual, but it is great value, so voted hot. (edited)

Yeah, odd that they would only support a minority OS!
