What are the options to getting a decent used phone with a 30 day return?

I've heard of Giffgaff, Backmarket and eBay. I feel like eBay is the best due to their occasional £100 off tech.

I'm trying to find a 13 pro and didn't hit the trigger in the last sale.

Avoid ebay sellers can do whatever they want and support doesn’t care.

    Never heard of this company.
Are they trustworthy, offer good customer service and offer a great returns & refund policy

Sold two phones to them. They offered less than promised because both had apparent screen burn. On the last phone, the screen was replaced 2 months before via insurance! So take it as it is... :/
