    Aldi currently have a 24 pack of their own brand ( Saxon Softest Premium) 3 ply at £4.99 and 160 sheets per roll. They are just as good as Andrex IMO. hotukdeals.com/dea…135 (edited)

    The OP should mention the 10% voucher is account specific.
    Many people don't have it, especially if already used on the last deal.

    A standard roll of Andrex used to have 240 sheets. Then it was reduced to 200 sheets per roll. Now only 150/155 per roll. Do the maths when you buy toilet paper. There are better deals out there. Please don’t ask me where. I’m just a savvy shopper! 😁

    I'll copy and paste my post from the Aldi deal the other day, considering it's actually more relevant to this deal:

    Andrex have recently lowered their quality like many of their competitors. They're rougher, and possibly not as strong either.

    About a year ago we switched from Cushelle to Andrex supreme quilts because Cushelle went from being really nice to rough as sandpaper! Now Andrex have gone rough too. (edit: 'rough' is harsh, but in comparison to the previous version).

    I literally don't think there's any bog roll in the UK that is soft any longer, so I'm on the look out for something decent.

    I know it's only for the bob ole, but mine likes some TLC. It feels like everything in this country is a race to the bottom at the moment.

    I think the title is misleading and that the voucher mentioned must be the ‘10% off first subscribe and save order only’. It isn’t one of the vouchers you can apply to a single purchase like they sometimes do.

    I've purchased both... just checked my stocks and still have a pack of mega rolls so just done a side by side test...I honestly cannot tell the difference myself...looks and feels the same to me
