Phone have side discolour and tiny scratches there and there "used phone " but was was strange I have received IOS 14 first release with battery level 96%

Got a ***grade D*** “heavily scratched” IPhone 12 Pro 128gb that was in great condition some scratches on screen hardly noticeable and practically none on the back.
iOS 15.5 YES thank God. NEVER upgrading.
And 94% battery health.
