sorted byWith any airfryer, the first essential accessory is a digital probe thermometer (£10 gets you something that works, a fast tough calibrated Thermapen will be more). You need it because the external appearance is no guide whatsoever to internal “doneness” - which is why I think windows on airfryers are an unfortunate marketing wheeze.
As a related point, this “pro” model lacks the temperature probe of the Ninja Max, and the basic Salter Aerogrill!
